Another experiment in rotoscoping for class at RIT. A sarcastic representation of how commodity fetishism is embedded in our culture. This piece represents how material goods are presented as the path to salvation, and how sexuality is manipulated to create a false desire for these unnecessary products which have nothing to do with sex. Videotaped on MiniDV at 24p with a Panasonic DVX100A. Edited using Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects. |
