Essentially, Peter and Claire (unrelated 'cause I say so) have this connection, and Peter sees Claire as the only thing that can save him from blowing up New York. Claire, however, is in a semi-relationship with Sylar who doesn't take so well to their budding friendship. And then he flips out and decides to blow up New York to spite them. Some of the scenes are him hallucinating about killing them. Not gonna lie, I didn't really focus on plot all that much. Mainly, I was having fun with clips and effects (lots o'effects). Basically, it's about Sylar's weird Peter/Claire fetish.
