maxbm ::: Favorites 2006-12-01 19:29:47 I wanted to see how I could do with these high rep sets and vary the rep range for the squat so I don't stagnate. That 2x BW full squat goal still remains. My last 1RM full squat was 275 and I will be attempting at least 280, the next time that I max out. __________________________________________________
