I just made it into the top 12 for Operation Rising Star out of the entire Army. I thought that it was only going to be for soldiers only to vote but apparently anyone can vote. You don't have to give them any info. Just go to www.oprisingstar.com and you can vote once a day on the same computer every day until the 16th. I'm trying to get to the top 6 and once I'm in the top 6 then you'll get to vote again. If you have more than one computer then vote on that one too. Once you get on the website click on "View and Vote" and then click on my picture labeled Richard Scarlett of Baumholder, Germany and then vote. It's that easy. I was quite surpised.
