CDAN ::: Favorites 2007-11-11 05:24:46 Well then you're in better shape :) But this guy didn't squees the weight up with his traps, he didn't "do traps" there. For example, if you bench 500 on the bench, you should bench 500 at competition, you should do the movement's as clean as possible. But props to you, I'm still figuring out how to build hallway doors on my neck ;) , I guess I jsut have to keep working __________________________________________________
whoregay ::: Favorites 2007-11-10 20:23:24 "have an ego in your bedroom, not in the gym m8 :)" I only agree that this guy is using way too much weight to get his traps big. But I have no idea what you mean by EGO meaning you can lift big weights. I pull more than this guy, with great form. And I have better traps than most people who workout in gyms (guys stop me on the street and ask if I compete) so please don't give bad advice. __________________________________________________
monksnake ::: Favorites 2007-10-18 00:45:55 Try to keep your head up and not dip it into your chest. __________________________________________________
A550RGY ::: Favorites 2007-10-07 07:17:06 So if he can lift even more weight with even less movement, that'd be fine too? Is there no limit? __________________________________________________
CDAN ::: Favorites 2007-09-02 04:26:31 Personally I don't believe in trap workout, I get the sore from my backworkout, I have never gotten them sore from a "trap workout", I only do 3-4 drop sets with high reps after shoulder workout max and that's it, I don't go heavyer than 2 plates and even then I have to jump like you just did. If I only use 1 plate a side, I can squees it and really feel my traps moving, have an ego in your bedroom, not in the gym m8 :) __________________________________________________
whoregay ::: Favorites 2007-09-01 14:07:19 Man, there are ALOT of jealous jerks who post here! I will bet money that all of the idiots talking crap can't budge that weight let alone know what bodybuilding form is. Please. That's a shrug, that's heavy weight, and he has the trap development to prove it . So please shut up to all the negative haters. __________________________________________________
wilkins1717 ::: Favorites 2007-06-29 20:25:20 have u retards never heard of jump shrugs...which he is doing and the work the trap much better i find because of the huge weight, also its explosive and the traps respond better to that __________________________________________________
TheyCaLLmeXiLe ::: Favorites 2007-06-12 19:01:22 lol I was thinking the same thing, "so that's how he got those nice calves". Obviously his traps will benifit Ronsauce1, If you cheat on bicep curls your biceps will still benifit, but not even close to as much. Man I wouldn't have put that video on the internet if it was me, I am currently at 315x5 for shrugs, with legit form and no straps(not worth video taping yet) __________________________________________________
Ronsauce1 ::: Favorites 2007-04-15 13:19:18 With that weight, even though the legs get the movement started, his traps will benefit. __________________________________________________
